- The INFLIBNET Centre through ONOS, a Central Sector Scheme of Department of Higher Education (DHE), Ministry of Education (MoE) subscribes the electronic resources from the 30 publishers. The Off-Campus Access service is being provided to the faculty/staff members, scholars and students to seamlessly access to subscribed scholarly electronic resources from outside the member University/Institutions campus using Username and password.
